A Message from Sheena Lyall – Words and Welsh Cakes
As we move through June, I wanted to take a moment to reflect on a busy and productive few weeks here at Dynamic.
Last month, we attended the Dental Technology Showcase (DTS) in Birmingham. While overall footfall at the event seemed lower than expected, we were still pleased to connect with several familiar faces and some new ones.
These interactions are always valuable, and we’re grateful for the continued support and honest feedback we receive at these shows.
A couple of weeks ago, we to Wales to spend time with some of our customers in their labs and practices. These face-to-face visits are an essential part of what we do—they help us better understand how our products are performing in the real world and what improvements or innovations are needed. We take this feedback directly to our brand partners and manufacturers to ensure our offerings continue to meet the evolving needs of the dental industry.
And as a side note—my other half is a proud Welshman, so any trip west of the border tends to come with added scrutiny over my pronunciation of place names and the number of Welsh cakes I bring home.
